We currently deliver to the United Kingdom including the Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey only.
 
All orders placed before 3pm are sent the same day using Royal Mail tracked services, which usually means you will get your order within a couple of days after dispatch.
 
 
POSTAGE COSTS
 
All orders of £9.99 and higher will be delivered Free of Charge by Royal Mail 48 Tracked with an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Tracked for a small additional charge.

Orders below £9.99 have a flat charge for Royal Mail 48 Tracked and also have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.

We would recommend adding a Mobile Number to your order, as well as your e-mail, allowing Royal Mail to message you with tracking details.

You will be able to track, update your safe place information, delay or divert your delivery as required.

LOST/MISSING ITEMS
 
In line with Royal Mail Policy, a loss of delivery does not occur until 15 days after postage. We are therefore unable investigate any claims for postage until after this period has passed.  While most of our deliveries arrive the day after dispatch, some can take several days or be held up in your local sorting office.
 
Please contact us after 15 days with your order details and full details of the Royal Mail Sorting Office for your area so we can investigate any loss and ensure the Post Office Investigation Team is fully aware of the losses to your address.
