The below information is based on mixing by volume (ml).

SYRINGES & NEEDLES

A selection of different size syringes will help you mix small and larger amounts of liquids.  Smaller size syringes are great for flavour concentrates whilst 10ml syringes are better for your PG & VG.

14 Gauge needles are the largest (widest bore) needles available and are good for Flavour Concentrates and PG.  Whilst good for VG as well, this still requires a little effort.

 

BOTTLES

A selection of bottles between 10ml and 100ml means there's plenty of choice for what you mix your e-liquids in.

 

NICOTINE

If your nicotine was purchased before 20th May 2017, the strength is likely 72mg/ml.  If it was purchased after this time, it's likely you're using 18mg/ml nicotine shots.

Either of these is fine, but be sure you double check what strength your nicotine is before starting your mix.

 

VEGETABLE GLYCERINE (VG)

We recommend using at least 99.5% pure VG or you can purchase a pre-mixed base (PG & VG pre-mixed to a selection of ratios).

 

PROPYLENE GLYCOL (PG)

We recommend using at least 99.5% pure PG or you can purchase a pre-mixed base (PG & VG pre-mixed to a selection of ratios).

 

FLAVOUR CONCENTRATE(S)

Select a few simple flavours to start with, making sure to note the flavours recommended mixing percentages.

If you're trying a new flavour brand for the first time, we would always recommend buying a small amount to test.  You may not like that brand's particular flavour.
